GENERAL PURCHASE POLICY (ON-LINE STOCK PURCHASES)

All items displayed on our site are available as per the quantities specified. Our standard shipping rate is USD 4.95 for the first item. For each additional item, an additional USD 0.95 is added per item on to the total shipping cost.

We usually ship orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation from our bank or Paypal. Estimated delivery schedule is 10-14 days worldwide.


WHOLESALE ORDER POLICY (CUSTOM/BULK ORDERS)

Our wholesale order policy requires customers to place a minimum order of 30 pieces of a single (specific) design. Customers who wish to place wholesale orders with us can take advantage of our discounted pricing and free shipping!

Interested parties are requested to contact us via e-mail at [email protected], with the exact quantities required per design. We shall consider all requests on a case by case basis and get back to you with our best offers.

As a general guide, we normally give a further 15% discount on the prices displayed on our website for wholesale orders. Further discounts can be considered on the quantities ordered or on the total invoice value. For customers who wish to choose their preferred gemstones for a particular design, we offer Amethyst (purple), Tiger Eye (brown), Onyx (black), Spinel (black), Mother of Pearl, and Turquoise.

The estimated production schedule till final delivery of your merchandise will be approximately 5-6 weeks (3-4 weeks for production/packaging and 2 weeks for shipping). We will always provide you with the postal tracking order ID number for your tracking convenience. Kindly note, we are not liable for any customs clearance delays or seizures at your end.


PAYMENT POLICY

Payment for all purchases made via our on-line store or by email orders have to be made prior to shipment. We will not process your order until we have received payment confirmation from our bank or Paypal.

For wholesale orders, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total invoice value has to be made in advance prior to commencing production, and the remaining 50% balance to be paid upon completion of the order, prior to shipping of the merchandise.


REFUND POLICY (CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS)

We always check and neatly package all our products prior to shipping. However, if you must return the merchandise that you have received for any reason whatsoever, kindly note that this is accepted by us only in the following cases ...

- If the merchandise was damaged when it was delivered to you.

- If the design was not as per what you had ordered with us.

- If the specifications were not as per the samples that you had ordered with us.*

- If the merchandise was sent to you at a much delayed date.**

*As in the case of your own customized designs.

**Not calculating the delays caused due to lost parcel in transit or at customs clearance at your end.

When returning a product back for a refund, please enclosed a copy of your PayPal receipt with your shipment. We do reserve the right to modify this policy at anytime (with or without notice). If you have any questions pertaining to these policies, you are welcome to contact us anytime.

Special Note: All wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
